Dan and Rhonda Bond, owners of the Towers, are pleased to welcome you to the Towers. 

There is usually a two-night minimum required on weekends (Friday through Sunday nights) during the months of April through October. Please call to inquire about single night availability on weekends. Holiday weekends and special events may require longer stays. Rates may change without notice during special events and premium time periods. Prices and policies subject to change without notice.

All reservations made within 48 hours of arrival must be confirmed by calling innkeepers at the time of booking.

Our check-in time is from 3:00PM to 6:00PM EST.  Please let us know if you will be arriving earlier than 3:00PM or later than 6:00PM.  There will be a $25.00 fee for checking in later than 8:00PM.  Normally we do not accept check-ins later than 10:00PM.  Our check-out time is 11:00AM.  Late departures can be arranged depending on availability.

Business travelers are offered a 10% discount on room rates Sunday through Thursday nights. Special rates are available for guests wishing to stay for more than five consecutive nights.

Guests should not smoke or vape in the house, but are welcome to do so in the garden.  Guests smoking inside the Towers will be assessed a $500 fee plus cleaning charges. A maximum of two guests is allowed to sleep in each guest room. The Towers is not appropriate for young children. Guests 14 years of age and older are welcome when accompanied by adults. No pets are allowed.

When Guests make a reservation they will be charged for the first night of their planned stay at the Towers.  In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be given if a minimum of 14 days notice is given prior to the arrival date.  Otherwise Guests will be charged for the first night of their reservation.  Guests giving no notice of their intentions to cancel (no shows) will be charged the full amount of their reservation. Guests checking out earlier than the confirmed departure date will not receive a refund unless the room is re-booked. 

We understand circumstances arise requiring the cancellation of a reservation however, as a small business, cancellations have a significant effect on us and the service we are able to provide. Therefore, we will offer refunds only when proper notice is given. (Under special conditions guests may cancel and be charged only a $25 cancellation fee.)

Parking: Parking is available in the parking lot adjacent to the Towers at the the northeast corner of N.W. Front and North Streets. There is a
sign at the corner of the parking lot for the law firm of Murray, Phillips & Gay.

The guest bedrooms of the Towers B&B are on the second and third floors.  There is no elevator.  We will be happy to help you with your luggage..

Delaware regulations require that guests be advised that our breakfasts are prepared in a kitchen that is not regulated and inspected by the Division of Public Health.
